Ulanbator - Arkhangai - Ulanbator
Travel through the vast grassy steppes of the center of the country, and the mountains of Arkhangai.
To the south east of UB you brush the northern gobi and you will find some dunes and rocky mountains to climb as well as vast areas of flat steppe to gallop.
See the scenic Orkhon Valley, Orkhon River Falls, Tovhon Monastery towering over the forested Arkhangai Mountains and visit Kharkhorin- Former capital of the Mongol Empire founded by Genggis Khan and Erdenezu Monastery.

Explore the mythical Gobi Desert and the central steppes of the country. Ulanbator - Olgii - Altai - Arkhangai - Ulanbator
Discovery of the majesty of the Altai Mountains and their snow-capped peaks, you will see the sacred peak of Altai Tavan bogd and its glaciers and discover the crystal clear lakes and rivers of Western Mongolia. This region retains rich vestiges of the past: petroglyphs, human stones and burial mounds. You are going to visit the most isolated region of the country. Visit the nomadic families who raise the golden eagles and hunt with them and see how Kazakh women decorate their ger (yurt) with their colorful embroidery that they embroider by hand.

This route allows you to discover most of the Gobi and the western part of the Altai mountains, a zone of flat steppe and mountains and forests of Mongolia.

Service description for jeep tours
The above prices correspond to the following services based on a group of 4 persons, and they can be adapted according the size of the group, starting from 2 persons :
· 2 nights in hotel (double room basis) in Ulaanbaatar and other nights in tents or gers (yurts);
· Exclusive use of one 4x4 vehicle for the duration of the stay (or more depending of the size of the group). Fuel and lubricants supply, vehicle maintenance and service;
· Support team of 2 guides: an interpreter/cook and a driver/mechanic; Including their food and accomodation;
· All transfers in Ulaanbaatar;
· Organization of visits, entertainment/shopping according to your wishes and preferences (museums, monasteries, open/black markets, tours of ger districts, etc.) in Ulaanbaatar;
