Comfort & Risks
Mongolia is very large, sparsely populated and with a still rudimentary transport infrastructure.
A trip inside the country implies that the nights are spent in a tent camp, the food is prepared on a portable gas stove, the toilet is done in nature with water that we heat for you when possible.
Question health, the altitude is often equal to or greater than 2000 m and you are often several days away from the first doctor.
The risks in this type of adventure travel are never to be excluded (generally very low in Mongolia in the summer)
Even if safety and your comfort are the main concerns of your companions, we cannot guarantee you a trip without inconvenience or risk.
We will discuss with you your motivations and abilities.
Before traveling with us, you acknowledge being fully informed and aware of the risks and constraints associated with an adventure trip.
Prerequisites
Experience is recommended but not required for self driving 4x4 (briefing and training before departure) and horse riding during the day.
For trips mainly in treks or rides, similar experience and suitable physical condition are essential.
Our prices
Our prices are calculated according to the length of stay on site, the period, the number of participants, the level of service provided and the total mileage.
This is a price - fixed price per person for a service defined to measure with you.

How to register for a trip
We process all our files from our office in Mongolia,contact usby email, contact form or telephone (whatsApp) and we have representatives in France if you wish.
1 - You explain your travel wishes (dates, number/profile of participants, activities, service, itinerary, areas of interest) and any constraints.
2 - we define with you the stay and the circuit and establish you a detailed costed proposal
3 – we may modify this proposal based on your comments or new requests
4 – you confirm your agreement to the final proposal
5 – you make a bank transfer to the company's account in Mongolia of 30% of the agreed sum to register firmly. We also have a bank account in France.
6 – you receive a receipt which includes the terms of the offer and confirms your registration, as well as a certificate for obtaining your visa or other necessary formality.
In order to give us time to define and prepare your trip, please contact us at the latest:
30 days before your scheduled departure date for the period
October / May
and
60 days for the June / September period.
Terms payment
- 30% advance by bank transfer to the company's account
- 70% cash upon arrival in Ulaanbaatar
Insurance
We are insured for our vehicles, our companions and the damage that you may cause as drivers (tself driving)
You must take out repatriation insurance in your country of origin before your departure
